I've been in this industry for 22 years and I've never seen anything like this. There's zero customer care, no heater in the waiting area, and it's minus 1 degree Celsius. No one asked if I wanted water, let alone a cup of coffee. There's no water in the waiting area. The staff only have one water dispenser next to it, and everyone drinks from that glass. Don't ever come to this service unless you absolutely have to. I know the cold I've endured. The job they promised was 2 hours and didn't finish for 8.
